BarbaraBURTON(née Greatbatch) Passed away peacefully at the Royal Stoke Hospital on 24th February 2025, Barbara aged 85 years of Hanley, in the presence of her family, after a long illness courageously borne.
A loving wife of Ken, devoted mum of Hilary and Helen, treasured nan and great nan of Bethany and William, dear sister of the late John, much loved sister-in-law and aunt, and a good friend to many. Barbara will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her.
Funeral service to take place at Hanley Baptist Church, Regent Road, on Thursday 20th March at midday, followed by a committal service at Carmountside Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church or crematorium.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Dementia UK if desired.
